Can I visit Andorra using a multiple entry Schengen visa

Can I visit Andorra using a multiple entry Schengen visa?
I work in Germany (I am not German though,. I am Asian) and I have a multiple entry Schengen visa. Is it ok to visit Andorra for vacation with such a visa? Will I be refused entry?

It depends on the document you hold. If you hold a visa (type D) valid for "Deutschland" you cannot use that to visit other Schengen countries or Andorra. Holding a German residence permit (Aufenthaltstitel) you may use that to visit Andorra since it authorizes entry to France and/or Spain for up to 90 days in a 6 month period. There is no tourist visa requirement for Andorra itself after the country has opened its borders based on the adoption of the provisions of the European Customs Union. The concluded agreement recognizes valid visa for France or Spain. If you should have applied for a Schengen visa type C (which does not authorize to work in Germany) and it is valid for the Schengen states you may also use that to visit Andorra.
